In the last pannel, Thor becomes El Chapulin Colorado, a mexican super hero which also uses a hammer. He's a very popular character in Mexico and here in Brazil. Actually he's a kind of parody of super heroes and his stories are full of funny gags.
By the way, I've watched Thor's movie. It's fantastic! You should see it.
