Hi! 
Another Street Fighter Character. Dhalsim isn´t very popular among SF fans, I guess... At least I don´t know any Dhalsim´s fan club or something
hehe! It´s a good character to chose in the game, if you want a higher challenge. His appearance in Street Fighter II - Victory, the japanese series, is fantastic! And his appearance in the american movie... well, better not comment about it. hehe! ^_^ Hope you like the picture. See ya!

I think Dhalsim's ability to breath fire is based on Agni Pran, a breathing technique in Yoga.
EVIDENCE
1) Agni is the name of the Hindu God of fire who granted Dhalsim the ability to breath fire for achieving enlightenment.
2) Agni Pran is also known as "Breath of Fire".
