These are Guy, Haggar and Cody, from Final Fight. This game is amazing. One of the first Beat'em up I've played.
I wonder if Cody's name was inspired by the hero of Streets of Fire, a movie from the 80s. The plot of the movie is very similar to this game's story.
I'm too lazy for cell shading tonight so here it goes with flat colors.
