Hi!

Different of all the other drawings i've been posting here, this Cap America was inked digitally, on Gimp. I like the result. This way of inking makes the lines much more precise and cleaner than scanned inked lines. But it takes me so much time to finish that I think I'll keep inking the same old way, with nankim pens. =]

Olá!

Diferente dos outros desenhos que tenho postado, esse foi arte-finalizado digitalmente, no programa Gimp. Gostei do resultado. As linhas ficam mais precisas e limpas. Mas demorei tanto pra terminar de finalizar, que prefiro continuar com minhas boas e velhas canetas nankim uni pin.

Ah, eu concordo, prefiro sempre o método tradicional de finalizar o desenho, pois em digital levo tanto tempo que se torna ridículo haha também porque não estou muito habituada a fazê-lo... no fundo é um círculo vicioso, deveria praticar para me habituar e ficar melhor, mas como demoro muito tempo, não pratico! =P
Mas aqui está mais um excelente trabalho teu. Não sei dizer o quanto gosto destas tuas versões cartoon de vários personagens, são excelentes :)

Muito obrigado! =D Acredito que o resultado final é o mais importante, independente do método ou material que se usa, seja ele digital ou tradicional. Mas, em geral, quando se tem uma boa experiencia com materiais tradicionais, a finalização digital fica melhor.

Yes. =] If you scan inked lines on paper and look closer to the digital image, you see irregularities in the lines' edges. If it's in high resolution, the irregularities won't appear when you print the image reduced. But if you want a really large print (and don't want to work with corel vectors XD), digital inking with Photoshop or Gimp is a good idea. But it really takes much more time, unless you have some experience.
